Many residents have reached out over the years to ask what is happening with the piece of property at the corner of Eagleson Road and Bridgestone Drive and I am happy to report that the city received a Site Plan Control application for 801 Eagleson Road that was deemed complete on August 19, 2025.
The site is located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Eagleson Road and Bridgestone Drive, in the Bridlewood neighbourhood. The applicant is proposing to develop a commercial plaza containing 6 single-storey buildings and 210 parking spaces.
